Procedure Family aid service Procedure - Telephone 061 319 56 53, Monday to Friday, 08.00-12.00 / 14.00-16.00. - Appointment made over the telephone for a clarification discussion at home with the family, or in hospital (within a reasonable period of time). - The General Terms and Conditions, a form for personal data, the evaluation and a reply envelope are handed over personally during the clarification discussion. - Discussion of the needs and possibilities for the support service, and duration of the session. - Exception: In the case of an acute illness that will not last long (‘flu, fever, etc.) on the part of the carer. SRK Basel will provide immediate support. - All
the relevant data for arranging the service are taken by telephone. - SRK Basel looks for a corresponding worker who will accept the session with the family. - Sessions that have been planned are binding. - The session can be renegotiated on an ongoing basis. The job, the days and the times can be adjusted. - SRK Basel confirms to the family by telephone when the worker can take over the provision of the service. - The worker brings a report sheet to the session, which the family must sign. - Based on the report sheet, the invoice is issued in the
following month.
