their own bed’ Procedure - Telephone 061 319 56 51, Monday to Friday 08.00-12.00 / 14.00-16.00. - The details relevant for arranging the service are taken over the telephone. - Sessions that have been planned are binding. - SRK Basel seeks to arrange a worker for the family at home within a maximum of four hours or for the following day. - SRK Basel confirms to the family by telephone the name of the worker and the times of the service provided. - After 16.00, by agreement with the family itself, the worker can decide for herself whether a session for the following day is still needed, and can agree the times directly with the family. The family and the worker notify the management of this. - A direct request from the family to the worker for a new session is not permitted. - The family receives in writing the General Terms and Conditions, a form for personal data, the evaluation, and a reply envelope. - The worker brings a report sheet with her to the session, which the family signs once the session has ended. - Based on this report sheet, the invoice is issued in the
following month.
